A hand-built hunting knife inspired by the spirit of 17th-century long hunters. This knife is intended for defense against wild animals with enough capability for skinning and animal processing, all while being extraordinarily classy!
The blade is 6.25" long with a .160" spine, 12" overall, and features a hollow grind and fuller. It's made from 52100 steel, cryo-treated and hardened to 62 HRC.The back of the S-guard incorporates a blade-catching notch, adding a distinctive historical detail to the design.
The handle is ebony, secured with a domed pin and internal line-up pins, with a mild-steel guard and spacer.
Included is a handmade 9oz vegetable-tanned leather sheath, uniquely made by me and fitted specifically for the knife.
